The Client
Giordano's World Famous Stuffed Pizzas are a Chicago institution, they've expanded to over 40 locations in Illinois and Florida since they opened the first Giordano's in 1974.
Their Challenge
The client recognized the desire for their product outside of their usual restaurant client base and wanted to devise an online store for the sale and transport of their famous stuffed pizzas.
Our Action
Chicago Producers and UPS were brought in to find the best solution. The end result is an easily-managed and reliable online ordering system that has greatly grown the client's overall revenue. Customers are able to select from a variety of preset pizza varieties as well as create their own and then select the shipping date for their order on checkout. The order is then made to the customer's specifications and frozen, the day of shipment it is packed in dry ice and shipped via UPS Overnight. All orders are managed through an online administrative backend where UPS labels can be printed right from the website.
